Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
ENGRAI provides a character-specific roleplay interface that lets users connect supported third-party AI providers with their own API credentials. We may process account details, app settings, character and scene data, diagnostic information, and support communications when necessary to operate the service.
API keys should be stored using platform-appropriate secure storage and used only to send requests to the provider selected by the user. ENGRAI does not sell personal information. Third-party model providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting [support email].
ENGRAI is not intended for children under 13. Contact [legal entity and mailing address] with privacy questions.
